+ -1 moreTan was extremely professional, punctual, responsive and efficient. We had a dryer that was running without heat. We initially had someone from SDGE come out to inspect it and were told that the igniter was broken. When Tan came to look at it, he determined that the igniter was actually fine but the thermal fuse needed to be replaced. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up after himself. He provided excellent service. I would definitely use him again and I recommend him without reservation.
