Totally unhappy with their service. I had water leakage a few months ago, they got me an estimation for the reconstruction which was approved and paid by insurance. After the got the insurance check and my down payment, they scheduled the job for 3 months later. The job was supposed to be completed in 7-10 days but took 40 days. So, I have no bathroom for about 5 months. I was really frustrated. Once you started the job it is hard to change the contractor specially if you are dealing with the insurance. They damaged the bathtub and vanity once de-attached them, but wasn't in the estimation file sent to insurance, so I had to pay it by myself. I asked them several times to update the file and resend which they didn't until now. Also, the invoicing had problem and they overcharged me. Everyday my job was to call them and if I was lucky enough to talk, they strongly promised to send somebody, but nobody had showed up. They are so unprofessional and disrespectful group I've ever experienced. Letting APEX into my home was my worst mistake ever. Don't do that!

Most unprofessional and disrespectful group I've ever experienced. Constant delays turned a 1 and a half month quote into 4 months before deciding they wouldn't finish the project after all. Currently left my family without a place to live. Letting APEX into my home was my worst mistake as a homeowner.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT compromise your sanity with this absolute shi show of a Co. I had a fridge leak that lead to mold remediation that lasted 3 weeks during which they promised new floors cabinets counters, etc, Was then informed It would be 6 weeks wait for repairs to begin. I had no walls or a ceiling in my garage. A Day before when I called to confirm start time, they said they “lost my file” told me I’d be set back. Sent me 1 repair man. 5 weeks later and it is still far from complete. The repairs only consisted of 150 sq ft. Flooring and rebuild bathroom vanity and rebuild corner cabinet in kitchen. Psychologically it’s been the worst three months of my life and every step of the way this company has failed me. Their repair person shows up whenever they please and even after I’ve asked to text upon starting and ending job does not. The level of incompetence is staggering and I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy.

This company was selected by our homeowner's insurance to repair our vaulted ceiling after an AC unit leaked in the attic. We were told that once repaired, the repairs would be invisible. They are not. Communication with the "estimator" Mike was difficult. He seemed disinterested in assisting us, repeatedly referring to his other jobs. The crew would "start" at 730 but in reality not arrive until closer to 9. Despite having the company out to the house to see the scope of the work, many mornings were spent on supply runs wasting time. I would have expected that the crews would have come prepared. All in all, I would not recommend this company in the future.

Linoleum floor ripped when new Maytag Neptune washing machine was put back in place and tried to blame tear on washing machine movement during wash. Absurd. They complained about my choosing semi-gloss paint stating it was too difficult to do. They got wall paint all over baseboards. They painted over nails, did not patch anything before painting such as nail holes, small dings in wall. When this was mentioned they stated it was not part of their job. Had I known I would have done patch work prior to their painting. I was not given the opportunity and was not informed of the scope of their work, what they would do and not do.
Description of Work: Apex repaired flood damage caused by leaking washing machine. They cut out drywall, repaired drywall, replaced linoleum flooring in laundry area, and painted all walls related to the flooded area.
