Description of Work: We have an older computer that kept over heating and would shut down. Annie came over and helped us get all the information off it before we got rid of it.

+ -1 moreI have used a number of computer tech people over the years to help me with my computer problems, but Annie is, by far the best person I have used so far. She was able to solve problems that no one else could, she responded to my phone call immediately, was available according to my schedule, showed up on time, worked quickly, is very professional, and her price was both fair and less expensive than other computer techs I have used. I would highly recommend her.
Description of Work: Secured wireless network and upgraded wireless adapter, Installed AVG Free & Spybot Search & Destroy, Remove unnecessary start up programs, Performance maintenance & enhancement, Remove temp, temporary, cookies files, Setup Outlook Express. She also bought a memory stick from one of her vendors at a very good price, and will be installing that in the near future.
