Poor cleaning services. They had to come out 3 separate times & never did finish the job. One day I waited 3 hours for them & they didn't show & no phone call. Didn't do what they said they did. This was a vacancy cleaning & I ended up doing it myself! Cleaning lady lied to my face about what she cleaned. I would not recommend them.

They are quick and do a really good job. They are reasonably priced and their quality of work is excellent. They are very professional and top notch.

I would never ever use them again. They were to come at a certain time and they showed up early and one of them left early. She said her kid was sick and she had to take them to the ER. The tenant had left the key under the mat for them. They came in, left their bill and left. Not one sink was wet; not one toilet had been flushed. They did nothing and they left their bill on the counter. When I called the woman, she admitted that they are independent contractors and they don't really work for her. She said that if I would agree to pay another $100 they would give me 2 hours for free. The price was outrageous for not doing anything. I went around and checked and nothing had been done. They didn't vacuum.

I have been using Anita's for several years. I have had the same housekeeper, Lucy, now for over two years. Lucy is the best housekeeper I have ever had, and Anita's is a totally professional A+ agency. Lucy does EVERYTHING - dusting, mopping, vacuuming, changes the bed linens. laundry, kitchen including dishwasher and putting away dishes, and even windows - impeccably. My house loves her totally and so do I! I am rotten spoiled with how well Lucy and Anita's take care of me. I travel frequently and they both are most adaptable and flexible to accomodate me. Everyone should be so fortunate as I !

My husband's money clip "disappeared" on a day when no one but the housekeeper had been in the house. Anita's did nothing other than call the housekeeper to ask her about it. The supervisor said she "knew" this housekeeper would not do anything like take a money clip. This happened over Labor Day, and as I report this 2+ months later, there is no money clip, nor any recommendation for a resolution.

They are very flexible and prompt. Brenda is fantastic and my house has never looked better. I have referred several people to her.

We scheduled a Saturday visit at 7:00AM. At 7:10AM I called to say no one had arrived and had to leave a message. At 7:30AM I called to say no one had arrived and I had to go to another appointment. I requested that the appointment be canceled. At 7:35AM, after leaving the location I received a call from Vicki that the service person had had car trouble and had left a message that she was now on her way and would arrive in 10 or 15 minutes. Since I had a previous appointment I couldn't go back to the location. I couldn't reschedule so we canceled the visit.

Excellent. Much better than I would have expected for the price paid.

First off, my husband caught the man who had come to help his sister clean the house smoking in one of our bathrooms. Pretty much everything they were supposed to do was either not done at all, or was done poorly. Only a few baseboards were cleaned. Blinds were not dusted. Light switches were disgusting. Walls were gross. Cabinets were not cleaned out in the kitchen nor bathrooms. Refrigerator still had tons of food all over it and was just barely cleaned. They smeared all of the marble flooring by not using marble cleaner - and the list goes on. I was extremely disappointed as I was told the house would be "sanitized", which to me, brings to mind the idea of a VERY clean house. When I called and left a message at the office requesting a call-back, my husband received a call from the person who actually cleaned the house requesting to come back and try again? As if that makes any sense. In the end, we were promised a $100.00 refund, which has yet to be received.

Arranged on short notice. Work was timely and thorough. Will use again for regular visits.

I PAID $75 FOR A VACANCY CLEANING. IT LOOKED LIKE SHE JUST VACUUMED AND CLEANED THE MIRRORS. THE MORNING THAT THE TENANTS WERE GOING TO MOVE IN, I SAW THAT IT WASN'T CLEANED SO I CLEANED IT. I CONTACTED ANITA'S HOUSEKEEPING, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T GIVE A REFUND WITH A LIST OF REASONS WHY NOT, TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE CLEAN BEFOREHAND SO THEY COULD COME BACK OUT AND RE-DO IT. THE OFFICE GAVE THE CLEANER MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER, AND SHE CONTACTED ME ARGUING ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS OF THE CONDO. AT THE END OF THE DAY, THEY DID AGREE TO REFUND ME $50. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH SINCE, AND I STILL HAVEN'T REC'D THE MONEY. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM A FEW TIMES AND GET THE RUN AROUND.

Very bad.Yolanda was supposed to do a vacancy cleaning,and did almost nothing!She told my husband that they don't clean fridges,and maybe vacumed and cleaned mirrors.Our condo was completely vacant,we were charged $75 for 3 hours.I went to look at it before our tenants moved in and saw that nothing had been done.I didn't have time to call them and wait for them to send someone out to fix it,so I cleaned it myself.When I called later that day to ask for my money back,both office admin. were very rude to me.Then I got a call from Yolanda,yelling at me-saying she cleaned everything,when she very clearly didn't.She even told the office that she cleaned broken egges from my fridge,after she had admitted she told my husband that she didn't clean fridges!After 3 hours of being treated rudely,and accused of lying,they agreed to refund $50.That was a month ago.I've called a few times since to track down the money,but with no luck.Do not hire this company!They are a nightmare to deal with.

Theresa is always on time, very polite and a hard worker. She obviously knows what she is doing and keeps focused on her work, needing very little instruction. She is pleasant and tries very hard to make sure I am pleased with her work. I am indeed very satisfied. Experience on the phone with Anita's is always pleasant and professional. They follow up by phone to see that I am satisfied. I communicate with the agency when schedule has to change, for example if I am going to be out of town. Always seem to be on top of things.

They have come twice so far and I have been very impressed with both people they sent. Very thorough, prompt, and price is very reasonable. Able to book with short notice as well which was helpful. I will continue to use their services.

When I showed the cleaning person the areas I wanted cleaned she said it would be ''no problem'' to complete the work in the 3hr time requested. She completed about 60% of the work, and what was done was not very thorough. When the company followed up with me, I explained what happened, they said they would call me back later that day and I never heard from them again. Cleaning person was polite and courteous, but perhaps not very experienced.

I was disappointed. They started well, seemed intelligent, polite, and energetic, but when they left I realized the kitchen windows were smeared and they hadn't wet-mopped the floors nor damp-wiped the wood furniture as I had asked.

The schedulers are very responsive and friendly. They make sure to inform you of any delays, etc. Price is reasonable

Catleen and Noemi did a wonderful job. They were on time and performed to expectations. Very polite, went about their business and took care of what needed to be done.

They showed up on time, were very polite and did a thorough job cleaning the house. They were great with my dog, too. I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with their job, and have since hired them on a regular basis to clean the house. Very friendly and reliable service.

Have used the service twice in the past 3 weeks. The business is very well run & they are very quick to follow up by mail & phone to get feed back. Client has the option to use own supplies & lower the cost. I found the business more than satisfactory. Showed up on time & were very professional. I have lived in the area only a short time & relied on feedback on this site. I would highly recommend.

Two women cleaned my two bedroom, two bath condo for three hours (a total of 6 man hours). They did a fantastic job! I have now hired them to come every week.

I've now gone back to Anita's. They're less expensive (3 hrs/48 dollars), and they take the proper initiative and do room-by-room cleaning. They work for the full amount of time for which I pay. They even vacuum the balcony. I explain what I expect, and they are great. They call ahead if they can't locate my place in our condominium, but they've had no problems lately. They really understand what I need.

THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND SMELLED NICE.
