Angie and her crew were great. Angie had excellent communication throughout the process, and followed through with everything as promised. At the end of the project, there were no loose ends and they left the site very clean. We would definitely use them again.

I was able to schedule a time for Ms. Parnell to come out and inspect several bodies of work we needed done to our home and provide a quote. She was prompt, courteous, professional, asked questions to clarify exactly how we wanted the work performed and provided answers to my questions. She took time to fully understand the job. She provided a written estimate which appeared fair and reasonable. We had decided to hire Ms. Parnell, but we had a couple unexpected financial changes and were not able hire anyone to perform the work for us, Based only upon my experience, I would encourage others to meet with her, get a quote and compare her knowledge, willingness to listen, clarify and share information to that of other contractors.

I WAS ABLE TO SEE FIRST-HAND TWO EXAMPLES OF ANGIE'S WORK. ONE WAS AN OLD HOUSE IN THE CITY HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE SECOND WAS A HUGE HOME WITH EXTENSIVE REMODELING DONE IN THE ALPINE AREA. ANGIE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNICATIVE, AS WELL AS TOTALLY ACCESSIBLE DURING THE ENTIRE TIME SHE HAS WORKED FOR ME. IF THERE WAS A REASON FOR HER TO BE LATE, SHE ALWAYS LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE. SHE WAS ALWAYS AROUND TO SUPERVISE THE SUBCONTRACTORS' WORK, AND EVERY DAY THE AREA WAS LEFT CLEAN AND PICKED UP UNTIL THE NEXT DAY'S WORK BEGAN. SHE HAS OTHER WORKERS WHO HELP AND I'VE ON OCCASION HIRED THEM TO ASSIST IN MOVING FURNITURE. I LIVE ALONE AND HAVE ALWAYS FELT COMPLETELY SAFE AND SURE OF ANGIE'S HONESTY WHEN I LEAVE TO RUN ERRANDS. SHE'S ONE IN A MILLION AND I'VE SO APPRECIATED HAVING HER TO BRING MY OLD HOUSE TO A VERY NEW CONDITION. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP ACCOMPANIED BY HONEST AND RESPONSIVE BEHAVIOR.
