+ -1 moreAFTER READING TWO GLOWING "A"-RATED REPORTS ON ANGIE'S LIST, I LEFT A VOICE-MAIL MESSAGE FOR THIS LOCAL COMPANY ON A SATURDAY. FIVE DAYS LATER I STILL HADN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE, SO I CALLED AGAIN IN MIDWEEK AND LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE. SEVERAL DAYS LATER, I GOT A CALL AT WORK FROM SOMEONE WHO DIDN'T SOUND AT ALL PLEASED THAT HE HAD TO RETURN MY CALL. AS IT TURNED OUT, THEY DON'T DO EXACTLY THE KIND OF WORK I NEEDED DONE, BUT BY THAT TIME I DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO IT WAS JUST AS WELL. NOT A GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE FOLLOWING UP ON AN ANGIE'S LIST LEAD.
