Description of Work: Leak from outside water caused water damage to a platform where heating/air conditioner and water heater were located. Figured out a way to salvage platform without having to remove heating/air unit and rebuilt damaged portion. Saved me quite a bit of money and got the job done quickly.

Description of Work: They replaced a wooden gate. The challenge was the gate had to swing outward due to us having a pool. Fred came up with several ideas and after making some modifications, the gate turned out great. He even installed a security keyless entry for us. Really looks sharp. Only challenge is the solar lights on the tops of the two posts don't work. One is full of condensation and the other just doesn't work period. I've emailed Fred to ask for replacements or receipts so I can take them back. Fred was absolutely great. Excellent quality and totally is about customer service. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Removed an old wall heater and patched the resulting hole. The patch is perfect and you cannot tell there was a hole there. Installed replacement tile on the lower part of a bathtub surround. Great care was taken to match the grout lines of existing tile and it looks terrific. Unfortunately the installer accidentally spilled water which ran into and soaked a portion of bedroom carpet. We discovered this after the installer left. I called and he came back and did a good job of cleaning up. Overall I appreciated the way the process was explained and the options I was given. Everything was done as promised and I would definitely hire this company again.

Description of Work: Fred showed up 1st time I called and at the time we agreed to. Showed him the work I wanted he said an all day handyman would be best and he would send an email with estimates for all the different jobs. Which he did. I emailed him about a week later stating which jobs I wanted done. Called him on 15 or 16 Sep after rain storms he said he was a week behind and would call next week to set up a day for the work. Well it's now the week after next week and no phone call. Fred is a very nice guy but not so good on following up. Or may be I didn't have enough work for him to do either way I won't be using him.
