Fred came out quickly to give us an estimate. At first he wasn't sure he could get the work done in the time frame (we needed it before company came in a week). Fred re-worked his schedule to get his 2 man wrecking crew out for the day. Fred set expectations that we would get a few things done, but his guys had all of that done by 1PM. We kept adding work throughout the day and they kept knocking it out. In the end, they got way more done than I ever thought possible. My wife is very happy, and so am I. All work was done with high quality. All work was done quickly. The price was exactly what Fred told me it would be. I couldn't be more pleased. Hire Fred and his team! Update...we have had Fred and team back for 2 more projects; a bathroom subfloor/tile issue we had and some lighting and patio work. All projects have been excellent. Danny is especially talented and can do whatever you ask. Fred is always great to work with. They are very professional, clean up after themselves; hang plastic and cover furniture, and return your house (mostly) to the state it was when they arrived. Please consider Fred and team for your projects. You won't be disappointed.

Our initial contact was with Fred Pratt himself. He was very professional. The work was done at my 87 year old mother-in-law's home and Fred was very kind and he patiently explained what was needed to be done and how much it would cost. The workman showed up on time and finished the job including the clean-up in within the time and cost that was estimated. We were very satisfied with Fred Pratt and Alpha Handyman and would certainly use them again!

I called Fred and left a message. He called me back in less than 30 minutes to say he got my message and would call me for all the details as soon as he got off the road. He called shortly thereafter and after hearing my issues he gave me estimated prices depending on what the problem ended up being. His assistant was available the next day. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, told me I did not need a new garbage disposal and finished the work in less than two hours. The price I paid was exactly the estimate given to me. Even my wife was happy :-) Or maybe she was just happy that I quit trying to fix it and called in a professional. We are extremely happy with the work done and will be using them in our new house. He called. We set a date and time for him to come to see the work that I needed done. He never came.

In addition to excellent performance of the four jobs, there was very frequent communication between the business owner, Fred Pratt, and me via phone and email, and prices were quoted to me in advance at every stage. A high degree of professionalism was demonstrated continuously, and I was even sent before-and-after pictures via email. As well as being personable, these are extremely competent and conscientious people who will exceed your expectations with every type of handyman service.

Fred and Peter provided prompt and excellent service. Peter provided good advice and was responsive to my needs.

Peter sowed up early, ready to go, and did all the work needed quickly and accurately.

Right after I purchased this deal I received an email from Fred Pratt, the owner, asking me to email him back with some times that would be good for me to have the appropriate worker come out to do my work. We agreed on a Date and even though I had to change our appointment once Fred was very agreeable and cooperative. Part of the Deal was supplying the appropriate supply's to complete the job in my house. Thanks to the magic of cell phones I took close up pictures of each area I needed worked on and emailed them to Fred asking that he let me know what supplies I needed to buy before his workmen arrived at my home. Fred called me and we discussed this and we agreed since they were relatively small areas that needed drywall and since drywall came in large sheets that he use his own materials and charge me a very fair price for them. I agreed. On the morning of our appointment a worker arrived that was knowledgable and efficient and he started his work right a way with no necessary help from me. To finish the job it required a little over three hours purchased and the gentleman never said a word about it the extra time and Fred only charged only charged me $10 for using his supplies . I don't know when I've had a better work experience. It felt so good not to feel like I ended up questioning wether I got a good deal or not. How nice is it to feel like that!

All jobs were done very well. Handyman was respectful and professional. Got call immediately from company owner verifying if job was done to my satisfaction. Even called to schedule the job as soon as I bought the coupon! I like that. Wish all of the other businesses would do the same.

After contacting several handyman listings on Angie's list Fred was the only one that called us back. He gave is a bid we were happy with and started the work. He was on time and his helper Pete was excellent at everything he did, even when problems arose. He was honest and fair and worth every penny we spent. We would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to friends.

Fred was very good at keeping in touch with me from booking the appointment to discussing the work to be performed. He checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied before the technician left. He helped me with what materials to purchase as well. I would recommend this service to a friend and I plan to get estimates for other work around our house from Alpha Handyman as well.

They came, they installed, They wanted a lot more money. I said no, they left.

Over all they were GREAT. The crew arrived early every day , worked hard all day and left our house clean and tidy at the end of each work day. Fred came out a few times to make sure everything was going to plan. At the end, he reviewed all the work with me in great detail, did a walk through to find any last little detail to take care of and left my home CLEANER than when they started. I was really impressed with how detailed they were about the job. In the end I spent more than I wanted to, but to their credit, I added several things along the way and they handled it all. I would use this service again in a heart beat and when I looked at the house after they left and how beautiful it was, It was worth every penny ! I will use them for sure when we have any future projects and I am sure we will!

Alpha Handyman services did an excellent job for me today. Fred is a gem. He knew I had a short window of time to get several plumbing tasks done. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He wanted specifics about what I needed, before choosing Pedro, the tech who arrived early, completed all three jobs and was able to stay an extra hour for an extra task. Here is my advice, especially for folks who simply have more things on their Honey Do List than time to get them started or get any of them done, you need to talk with Fred. If you know which end of the screw driver to hold, Alpha Handyman can extend your reach. If you new to fix-it work, then Fred and his crew might even share a few tips of the trade. Very shortly after paying for the $99.00 special offered by Alpha Handyman, I was contacted by the owner Fred. We had a nice chat, I explained what I needed and since our schedules didn't mesh at that point in time, we agreed on a future contact date. Fred called back and we settled on a date. Marcos, one of the handymen, arrived on time and completed my list in record time. I wasn't able to be home at the time of the appointment, but when I got home from work I was very pleased with the results. I will be calling Fred back to see about having more work done in the near future.

Pedro checked out what was to be done and immediately went to work. He was very professional, prompt and very accomodating. He knew what to do and did it well. He had all the necessary tools and equipment.

Handiman was here on time, immediately set to work, finished all tasks within time and to owners satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

I just moved into my first home and needed some help with installing blinds, hanging pictures, coatracks, etc. There was a little misunderstanding with the day and time, but Frank (the owner) was quick to take care of the matter and the work was top notch.
