Description of Work: Opened a doorway into the bathroom to make it handicap accessible. Installed laminate flooring and replaced door frames. Very professional and Fred's workers were awesome. They will be doing more work for me in the future.

Description of Work: Mr. Pratt and his crew were very up front and professional with me. Fred installed a new sink and garbage disposal in my old house and brought a bunch of my electrical wiring in the kitchen up to code. Very impressed with his work and will definitely call him again.

Description of Work: They replaced insulation and mold damaged drywall. I could have done it myself but there are a lot of issues (fiberglass and proper disposal of mold damaged drywall}. I'm glad they took care of it since I have asthma. I did the taping and painting.

Description of Work: new value on faucet for washer, new faucet in bathroom, replaced flush system on toilet, replaced ballast on florecent light, replaced light in stairway. He was very prompt arriving almost to the minute he was scheduled, He needed a part I hadn't purchased and I felt comfortable in leaving him to run to Home Depot to save his time. He showed me exactly what he needed and he continued working. He completed all the jobs with 10 minutes to spare.
