AllStar Water Systems, Inc

Roy came out to give us a quote which ended up being about average to some other company quotes. We decided on AllStar because we felt no pressure to decide and we also had the option to rent instead of buy. We had both systems installed 2-3 weeks later and the intall was done very professionally. I've spoken to the office on a few occasions as well and everyone I speak with is really helpful. I felt Roy was extremely knowledgable about the different systems and he has working for him the right people. One of the best experiences I have had.

How can I describe my disappointment with Allstar Water Systems. After 23 YEARS, yes that's right, 23 years of patronage, I have come to find out that I am paying DOUBLE what competitors offer for the same reverse osmosis rental unit. And, over the last 6 months Brandy Hillery, the office manager, who can't seem to do simple math, conveniently "forgot" my free annual service call to flush the tank and change the filters. Randy, the tech, then no-showed on the scheduled date to do the annual service. Gila, the owner with no soul, then LIED to me when, to keep me from firing them, offered me a free quarter of water. Then Brandy charged my credit card on file anyway, 3 times, when no money was due, That is almost $300 worth of nonsense charges I had to fight with them about. Gila would only return the funds after I threatened to sue Allstar via a demand letter from my attorney. I finally have a zero balance after fighting with them for 2 months! Really?? After 23 years?? Allstar lied to me and actually stole from me. They had only this to say to my attorney: "We acknowledge and apologize for the error." I would have stayed with Allstar forever! The water my unit made was great. But, Gila, Roy and Brandy are not to be trusted. Simple math is simple, but NOT for Allstar. Watch your credit card accounts closely...Brandy is a horrible bookkeeper. Life is too short to deal with liars. I have said goodbye to Allstar, goodbye to high priced RO water, goodbye to horrible customer service, and goodbye to thieves.
