+ -1 moreI was out of the country for a while and did not get a bill. They removed by trash cans. I got a new service. They say that I cannot cancel service without a 3 month cancellation fee unless I cancel 2, 4, 6, or 8 years exactly from the start of services. I am currently reviewing this with the State Attorney General. A one month window for cancellation every 2 years seems excessively restrictive, especially for someone who has been with the service for 5 years. This is worse than cellular service!.
Description of Work: I have been with this waste service provider for 5 years.

+ -1 moreITEMS THAT ARE COLLECTED ARE PLASTICS, GLASS, CARDBOARD AND GREEN MATERIALS. COMPANY IS RARELY LATE. THERE ARE VERY FEW TIMES WHEN THERE IS SPILL OVER.
Description of Work: ITEMS ARE PUT OUT FOR COLLECTION. COMPANY COMES REGULARLY AND EVEN COMES ON SOME HOLIDAYS.
