water heater repair
+ -1 moreThis company is a JOKE. The guy showed up on a Friday night, let me know I was "killing his Friday night" and proceeded to give me a quote of over 2,000 for the odds and ends necessary to install my water heater. I told him to leave...he was on the phone with his manager for a 1/2 hour and still tried to see what they could do. NOTHING. I ended up buying my water heater from Lowe's two days later for 1/2 the price and installation. Note to All Star - just because a woman is there to receive the materials, it doesn't mean she has no brain and will accept whatever you say. Best of luck in the future.
Description of Work: I ordered a water heater through Home Depot...this is their "contract" service.
