Two gentlemen came to my house and worked replacing the windshield. Came on time worked until they completed the job, explained everything before and after.

Was able to get an appointment the next day, after calling, at the El Cajon location. The repair was done to the quarter-sized chip on the windshield, in less than an hour. No cracks are spreading yet. Time will tell whether this is an effective repair...

A rock hit and cracked my windshield, when I called All Star Glass, from the person I talked to and the installer..... What excellent service. The installer was out to my residence within a few hours, completed the job and was very professional. Excellent Company!

My window was bashed out on a Saturday night. I found this company through Angie's List. Got a price by going to their website which was quick, easy and accurate and found out I could get an Angie's list discount and a AAA discount! They came on time and did a perfect job quickly and they came to my job so I didn't miss any work! The only bummer was that they are not open on Sundays.

Got a quote online, set up appt. The guys came out, were very nice. It was sprinkling outside but they were able to do it in the garage. Job well done.

They offered to have me come in and have it done right away or make an appointment for mobile service. I chose to have them come out to my house which they did the next day. They gave me a 4-hour window but came within the 1st hour. The serviceman was polite and appeared to know exactly what to do. He was done in about 45 minutes and even put my next oil change sticker on the new windshield. The windshield has a leakage warranty for life. The office staff was polite, professional, and asked all the appropriate questions regarding my particular windshield and she gave me an immediate quote. The quote was $316.18 out the door (including a AAA discount and another $10 off for scheduling the same day) and the actual bill was $315.85. I would recommend them. I found them professional, reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and nice to deal with. I did call another company with good ratings to get a second estimate but they never returned my call.

They were punctual, infomative and very professional. The service men explained everything to me in a professional manner and in a way that I understood what they needed to do to fix my problem. They were punctual, hard working and pleasant and they did all their work in my office parking lot! I only had to pay for my insurance deductible so I am grateful to the office staff for billing my auto insurance for the remaining balance.

DROVE UP TO THE COMPANY ON MORENA BLVD. NO APPT. THEY GOT ME RIGHT IN . APROX 1 HR. LATER I WAS OUT THE DOOR . I CAN STILL SEE THE DAMAGED AREA ( STAR) ON MY WINDSHIELD BUT THET GREATLY REDUCED THE SIZE . I WAS WARNED BEFOREHAND THAT THEY SOMETIMES CANNOT MAKE THE DAMAGE COMPLETLY DISAPPEAR . ALL IN ALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE

My husband arranged for the service after I found great reviews for All Star Glass on Angie's List. He told me how very pleased he was with their punctuality and their professionalism, and although I don't know the cost, he was pleased with it. We would absolutely call them next time.

I came out to my car and found a big crack across the I lower part of the windshield. I found Allstar on Angie's list. Their website had an a free estimator, so I was able to get an idea of the cost before I called. I called. The woman who answered was very professional and knowledgeable. She asked for complete information with a number of specific questions so she could give me an accurate price. There was never any pressure to make an appointment. The final price was what I had expected it would be before I called. When I decided to make the appointment, they were very flexible to accommodate my schedule. I decided to take my car in to their facility, even though they said they could come to my house at no extra charge. They were ready for me when I arrived and the job was done when they said it would be and at the price they quoted. I was VERY happy with the service!

They were very accommodative to my schedule. Also, they gave me a choice of what brand of glass I wanted installed..... That was totally awesome as they can buy straight from the factory, just like the automakers. The glass just doesn't have the automaker stamp on it, but it is the same. Very reasonably priced also. If I need any other glass work done to my vehicles, I will certainly take it to them again.

Called to receive quote. Quoted $244 for windshield repair on a 2007 Ford Fusion using OEM (Carlite) glass. Which is a great price! He arrived on time. The work was done quickly and clean. The only problem was that the invoice was for $309 not $244 as quoted. When I said something, he called it in and they did the work at the quoted price. I would recommend All Star. Just make sure that the price matches their quote before they do any work.

I went with them because they were recommended in the AAA magazine. They were also recommended by the Ford dealership, Kearny Pearson Ford up in Kearny Mesa which is a community in San Diego Ford dealership. They were very professional. There were 2 men who came out. They did a very neat job. I am kind of a neat freak. They did little things like putting a towel on my gas so that if anything fell off as they removed the broken windshield that it won't scratch my dashboard. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional in the way they installed the new glass. They did it quickly and with no hesitation. You could tell they knew their stuff. They were right here on time. I wanted OEM glass, which is what Ford puts in. When I talked to the people at All Star Glass Inc they said they will get the OEM glass. They will make sure that I didn't get an aftermarket windshield. I liked that. It was the exact same glass that was installed in the factory.

I asked for a quote on line and within 24 hours, they called to make an appointment. On the appointed day, they came and replaced the windshield in less than an hour. They were very professional, courteous and did a great job.

Made an appointment for the same day that I called in. The waiting area was very nice, they even had a pretty fish tank! The woman at the desk who took my order suggested that I replace the windshield with one that had tinting across the top, for the same price. Great! She even took me into the work area to show me the replacement glass. Later one of the workmen asked me if I wanted to save the stickers on the old windshield. I told him I'd like to save one of them and he did an amazing job of somehow removing it, putting it on the new windshield without marring the sticker at all. The work took about 1/2 hour. I am very pleased with my bright new, un-pitted windshield.

I ended up finding another company that met all my expectations. Which I don't think are unreasonable.

The process was fast. I went to their website, submitted my info at 7:30 am. At 8am I had a phone call with a quote. The quote was below everyone else and they were at my house in 2 hours putting on a new front wind shield. This was not a generic piece of glass, but the identical brand that the dealer was going to use for 1/3 of the price.

I did everything that they said I should do and my window is perfect. THANKS! Later I spoke to friends who said that they used all star glass previously.
