Excellent does not describe the amazing hard work (I havent seen anyone work harder) that was done and the results were beyond my expectations. Two men spent at least 3 hours on the floor and the it looked brand new when they were done. They were made sure every tile looked spotless and the grout brand new. I will set it up to have them come every 6 months and HIGHLY recommend this company. Thanks you so much!!!!

I live in a remote area, and they were the only company that would come out to my home. I’ve worked with other carpet cleaners, and their work was average. They left some stains and there was no extra effort in getting the carpets really clean.

Overall, the service was great. We had carpeting that unwound easily. The technician gave us some good pointers and advice on how to prevent the carpet from needing to be patched again. They did a really good job with the cleaning! We plan on using them again.

They provided quick service. The results were good and I’d definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have called upon All American Carpet and Tile to clean our carpets. Once again I was very pleased. We have five cats so,our carpets show a lot of pet wear. Kyle and Gabriel arrived in a timely fashion and worked with great care and efficiency. Our carpets looked great when they were through except for one area.( This particular area had been damaged by us when we had applied a rug cleaner to clean up a pet mess. There was a large bleached area the size of a frisbee.) At their suggestion we arranged to have Mike come out and work on the problem area. Mike came out the following week and worked carefully for over an hour. The results were excellent. No more bleached area. I would definitely recommend All American Carpet Care. Their professional expertise goes far beyond just carpet cleaning. They have made repairs on our carpets twice. They are an outstanding company.

Outstanding! Kyle went over pricing on arrival (precisely at the scheduled time) and did amazing job of stain removal. They picked up movable furniture & put them on risers. They did even strokes that dried perfectly. They even gave us plastic footies. They were personable and professional all the way and worked efficiently and effectively.

Reggie and Gabe arrived on time during the scheduled window. Both were personable and professional. We walked the areas to be cleaned, noting a few spots which might be a problem to completely eliminate and confirmed the price to be what was quoted over the phone. They worked thoroughly through the areas. The result was a carpet that looked as new - a job very well done. We will use them again for our next carpet cleaning and possibly for some furnature cleaning as well.

Picked this company because of the good reports. Called them on Friday, July 13, 2007 at about 2:00PM. Left a detailed message regarding the approximate size of the job & my phone number. It is now late on Tuesday, July 17, and NO call back! I'm not superstitious so I don't think the date had anything to do with the no response.

We tried various carpet cleaning companies with mixed results. Since we found All American, we have stuck with them and have used them many times. They are quite low priced, but do a better job than some much more expensive and better-known companies we tried. They are also more accommodating. Since we can't vacuum the carpet really deeply, they vacuum the whole carpet with a heavy-duty vacuum cleaner for an additional $10 before cleaning it. That is included in the $170 price given above. So is pretreating stains and leaving us with a good supply of carpet cleaner for new spots. For an additional charge, they will apply carpet protector. Their workers are friendly and courteous and seem to be careful about protecting our furniture and possessions. They usually can come within a day or a few days of being called. They work fast and are in and out quickly, leaving no mess behind. Mike Bruno has owned the company for about ten or eleven years. Most of the workers are long-time.
