+ -1 moreAlex?s passion for painting was reflected at every stage of this project. He does beautiful and meticulous work. It was a real pleasure to work with Alex. An extra bonus was Alex?s communication skills. I have an odd, less than cooperative neighbor. Alex was consistently patient and diplomatic with him, and it worked like magic. I definitely feel like I got more than I paid for.
Description of Work: Exterior Painting Preparation: Pressure wash; heavy and fine sanding; reglazing of all windows; repair of damaged wood; replace damaged fascia boards; repair front columns; replace clapboards where an old air conditioner was removed; primer applied to all exterior wood surfaces. Painting: High quality Benjamin Moore paint applied in a three color scheme – house, trim, accent.
