ALARMS UNLIMITED

We had an issue and needed an upgraded wireless alarm fast and Alarms Unlimited saved the day! We had an old system with another company and in the process of our carpets being removed, they cut the alarm wires - even though we said again and again - watch the alarm wires! We attempted to get the wireless system with the company that we had used for over 30 years because I believe in being loyal - however after they cancelled our appointment twice I realized that ADT doesn't feel the same about loyal customers. Since both my sisters have used Alarms Unlimited for years I called them and explained our issue with needing a wireless system since wood floors were being installed that week and we didn't want to be without an alarm. The customer service person said let me see if we can get someone out that day and they did - with just a few hours' notice to give us a bid. Everyone that we dealt with during this quick process was great. Jay the tech that installed the system was the best. I am so happy that we went with a local company and I am mad that I even wasted time with ADT. So ADT - BAD - don't use them. Alarms Unlimited - GREAT!

We are in the midst of remodeling and it became necessary to retrofit existing alarm sensors to be compatible with newly upgraded system. Alarms Unlimited was very responsive with very short notice. The owner came to our home and provided options and the installers were very professional and prompt I would highly recommend Alarms Unlimited

We have been using their services for twenty years.

We started with Alarms Unlimited many years ago and they were fine, but over the years their technicians' skills declined. We would call them to come out and make a change or repair something and they would leave us worse than when they arrived. One time we had no phone service for a week. The contact person for repairs is very unpleasant and hard to work with. The bills were really high because they expected us to pay for them to come back and fix whatever they messed up. We finally switched to another company.

This company is a local company and they are pretty good. I'm under a 2 year contract with them and the price is reasonable every month. I feel safe leaving my home and going on vacation.

It is a 24 hour monitoring. They are very efficient. We haven't really used them. They seem to be very responsive and they are very alert. We had an issue and they called right away. I think they are a pretty good company. I am not really sure on the price, so the price listed an the approximate amount.

They took my information and a description of what I was interested in. I never got a call back, but I called them 3 business days later and the receptionist told me they had 6 months of work ahead of them. They should have told me that the first time I called. Someone should have called back to let me know without my having to call them back. I would never call this company again.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE INSTALLATION OF MY ALARM. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO STOP BY AFTER WORK TO HELP ME BETTER UNDERSTAND MY NEW SYSTEM. THE STAFF IS POLITE AND VERY NICE. I AM AT EASE JUST KNOWING THAT THEY ARE THERE FOR ME.

REASONABLY PRICED JOB. VERY COURTEOUS INSTALLER. ON TIME, VERY THOROUGH. CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND EXPLAINED VERY THOROUGHLY ABOUT THE SYSTEM.
