HE WAS UNABLE TO MAKE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WE SET UP (A CITY INSPECTOR WAS LATE MEETING HIM FOR AN EARLIER APPOINTMENT) AND DIDN'T CALL TO LET ME KNOW, BUT HE QUICKLY RESCHEDULED AND WAS ON TIME FOR THAT ONE. HE DRESSES CASUALLY (TANK TOP AND SHORTS), BUT HIS WORK IS VERY NEAT AND LEFT THE BATHROOM BETTER-LOOKING THAT WHEN HE ARRIVED.
Description of Work: RESEATED A LOOSE TOILET. REPLACED THE WAX RING (AT MY REQUEST) WITH A PLASTIC COLLAR/GASKET, BECAUSE THE NEARBY HEATING DUCT HAS SLOWLY MELTED PREVIOUS RINGS. CAULKED AROUND THE BASE OF THE TOILET-- AND DID THE SINK, TOO, SO THEY'D LOOK THE SAME!
