As soon as I got done with Servicemagic, I got a call from Alex. He came by at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The service was great.

They gave me same-day service (when others had a two-day wait) and Alex, the technician, was very nice and helpful in explaining the a/c problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed air conditioner service.

Alex called in advance of his appointment time to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he checked the air filter and replaced it. He also replaced the fuses on the outside of the house. Even though I had replaced them recently the low refrigerant was causing them to trip. He recharged my compressor and cleaned the unit. All work was completed within an hour and the A/C was back on. I will use them again for future service.

Alex came on a very hot day with a very short notice. He diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part, changed it and it worked. Very fast and efficient, thanks Alex. Very professional company, I highly recommend them.

I have found the company I will use for all my A/C needs, they were fast, courteous, and efficient. The technician (Alex) knew immediately what the problem was, he explained it to me and offered several options of how to handle it. He resolved it and had the A/C running again in no time, and they have a customer for life. Also, he was at my door in under an hour on a weekend where we are going through a terrible heatwave. In short they are top notch and I would highly recommend them.

Alex and all the people at Airmazz were great. When my A/C unit went out on a Sunday afternoon I submitted an inquiry through Servicemagic. Almost immediately after I sent the inquiry Alex called me to see if he could be of service. He came out the next day. My systems was 25 years old but he gave me the option of having it fixed or replacing it & didn't pressure me either way. We opted to replace it & the installers who came out did the job quickly, professionaly, & were extremely friendly.
