Alex was great. He came out to check a wall heater to verify it was functioning well and was sufficient for the size of the house. Very professional.

Air Maxx is a professional company, who first visited to understand my needs and offered options. They arrived on time and completed the installation and instructions in a timely efficient manner. The two men who provided the service were friendly and informative.

They worked with me to come on a short notice/small time-frame schedule. The repairman arrived on time and was finished in 30 min. He diagnosed and fixed the problem expertly....and I wasn't even there! My son handled the whole thing for me and was very impressed.

First time intake and output temperatures were explained and after a little freon was added and balanced the differences were spot on with a difference of 23 degrees which was ideal. Was not pressured for a new system at this time which is over 25 years old. Now I know what to look for.

We got 3 different estimates but we hired AirMaxx for their on time appointment, explained step by step process and no hassle. The day of the appointment the sales person was knowledgeable and was not pushy as the other companies were plus an added bonus AirMaxx was also $1,100 cheaper including dealing with asbestos. The day of install the installers showed up on time and explained what was going to happen and worked until the job was done. After they were complete they cleaned up the area and explained how to work the new equipment installed and gave recommendations for future use. We got a new heater and had the old one removed and it didn't take longer then 2 hours from start to finish. If you are looking for someone to straight and to the point without worrying about making a commission off of you and will get the job done right I will call AirMaxx for all my future heating and air needs.

Excellent company with HONEST service appraisals and good customer service. Ad came out right on time for our appraisal and was always reachable directly on his cell for any follow up questions. As the manager he even showed up during install to assess his teams work and make sure everything was running smoothly. Assuming the system continues to work, we are very happy customers. I do wish they would include a service plan in the price like some other companies. Something to think about if you're looking for a company.
