They were very good and responsive. We have also received a bid for some work at our home that we just have postponed doing right now. With both interactions we had with them, they were very professional and courteous.

I called and was able to get an appointment within two days (during a holiday week); was called the night before to verify the appointment. The technician called at the appointed time to say he was running a bit behind, but arrived exactly as estimated (less than 20 mins. late). He was able to diagnose and repair the furnace very rapidly, and spent extra time explaining both the problem and how I might stay on top of it. In all, the problem was solved and the cost was exactly as quoted. In addition, the tech noticed an issue which he wanted a consult on; called me back within a couple of hours to provide both an explanation for the root cause of the issue and a suggested course of action (was advised to keep an eye on the issue and fix when it becomes serious; he did not try to sell me on anything extra).

The company, Air Plus Heating & Cooling, was very responsive to my request for an estimate on replacement of current A/C system that was 18 years old and leaked coolant. Following a request for a job estimate on their website, I was promptly contacted by the Air Plus Heating & Cooling office staff and an appointment date was set. The owner of the company, Jim Crawford, personally arrived at the appointed date and time to estimate the job. He was punctual and professional and clearly stated the work included in his estimate. Although Air Plus was not the cheapest estimate, I appreciated Jim's professionalism and product knowledge. Following the estimate (1 of 4 sought for this job), I contacted Air Plus and arranged for an installation date. Jim arrived as promised and personally installed the system. The job was completed in a timely manner and all debris (including the old A/C unit and condensor) were removed. Great company and great service. I can't wait for the November Santa Ana winds and 100+ temps to try out our new Trane unit!

They couldn’t have been much better. They did a good job. At first they looked at the old system to see if they could repair that. They did try. When they reported that it wasn’t working, we knew it was right. They even came in with a range of choices on what replacements we could get from low to medium level and high level. We looked at the high level and its working fine when they put it in. I would use them in the future.

Very prompt response, working at a late hour, at a much lower price than our original installer. They were very helpful in restoring and improving our heating system.

We moved into a new house in Chula Vista that did not have air conditioning. We were very worried because it's much hotter in Chula Vista than where we had lived before in San Diego. We didn't know much about air conditioning so we began investigating. Kim and Jim at Air Plus were amazing! Were so glad we found them. First, they showed up exactly when they said they would, which is rare in my experience. Next, they were not only knowledgeable and extremely thorough while giving their estimate, but they were incredibly nice, genuine, and enjoyable people to be around. Their estimates was a little higher than some, but they explained that the quality of their systems and their service more than made up for the difference, and we agreed. We're sure glad we did because their workmen were also extremely professional, courteous and just lovely guys. Not only was the workmanship of what they did first class, but they actually cleaned up after themselves, which I just love. I also like the fact, that Jim, the owner showed up did some of the work himself and made sure everything was going just right before he left. We've hired many companies to do a lot of work in this new house and we've been more satisfied with Air Plus then with anyone else. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
