Although James came to take a look at my roof quickly he never called me back with an estimate even after several attempts at reaching him.
Description of Work: Called for estimate on roof repair due to failed plywood.

The owner was nice but he never called or never returned any of my calls.
Description of Work: Last rain we had small pin hole leaks in roof. Called company owner came out with in 2 hours to estimate the problem. Found problem, stated he would call with estimate asap.

I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I RECEIVED A RESPONSE. AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET UP FOR AN INSPECTION AND ESTIMATE. I LEFT WORK TO MEET THE REPRESENTATIVE, BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP. UNDAUNTED, I CALLED AGAIN AND LEFT A MESSAGE ABOUT SETTING UP ANOTHER INSPECTION BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK.

OWNER JAMIE MERRILL DID A GREAT JOB OF MATCHING OUR EXISTING ROOF WHEN REPLACING THE ROOF ON AN AREA BEING REMODELED. HIS PRICE WAS FAIR AND THE WORK EXCELLENT. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM.
