Description of Work: Replaced flip-up garage door with sectional unit using existing door opener. The company responded quickly with a very competitive price and was able to schedule a prompt installation. The installer (Justin) worked quickly and efficiently and was able to replace a damaged door jamb using material on his truck available for just such a contingency. The job was completed in a couple of hours and the workmanship was superb! Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Used them twice in the last year. First time was for replacement of broken springs. They were very responsive and professional, but did not have the right parts the first time they came out. Tried to make a repair using what they had but it didn't work. Got the right parts the next day and finished the job. The technician was very apologetic and worked around my schedule to come back to get it done once he had the correct springs. Second job was fixing the tension cable about 8 months later. Job was done quickly and professionally. My wife and I would certainly recommend them for garage door service.

CALLED ADS AND WAS TOLD IT WILL COST ABOUT $75 FOR THEM TO COME AND FIX IT. BUT THE GUY ON THE PHONE ALSO TOLD ME THEY CAN SELL ME THE PART ($15) AND IT'S PRETTY EASY TO DO IT YOURSELF. I WENT TO THEIR STORE ON A SATURDAY AND THE GUY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. AND SURE ENOUGH, I WAS ABLE TO FIX IT IN NO TIME (MAYBE 30 MIN.). OVERALL, ADS IS VERY HELPFUL AND NOT TRYING TO SELL YOU EXPENSIVE SERVICES.

THE PEOPLE WERE PUNCTUAL WITH THE DELIVER AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB INSTALLING IT. JUST RECENTLY WE ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGED THE TRACK AND OUR REMOTE CONTROLS WOULDN'T WORK. WHEN WE CALLED THEM, THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR POSITIVE ATTITUDE. ALSO, THE QUALITY OF THE GARAGE DOOR IS TOPS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
