+ 1 moreAbsolutely amazing! Andy helped me renovate my condo in downtown and it sold for double what was invested into it. He is so knowledgeable about any and all repairs. He also did painting for our whole condo, appliance installation, and lighting fixtures. He worked overtime to help make our dream come true there and is helping us to make our townhome into a showplace. I recommend Andy and will not go to anyone but Andy for any needs we have in renovating. He is knowledgeable about paint too and helped us to pick the perfect colors. I’ve known Andy for a couple of years now and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I renovated my downtown condo top to bottom and started renovations on my new townhome.

+ -1 moreIt was a very professional experience. ADP Services had a quick response time and arrived to appt. on time. He took Cate in his work space and made sure to clean up his work mess before he left. He threw in some of his professional advice and told me some preventative maintenance I could do / should do to avoid costly repairs. That was very helpful and is the reason I’d call him again. As a woman sometimes handymen try to take advantage of my lack of understanding if repairs and have tried to up charge me. Mr. Andy is honest and professional.
