+ -1 moreDaryl called me back the same day and offered an appointment within a day or two. We scheduled for later in the week because of Christmas. He arrived on time and got to work immediately. He had no trouble accessing two clear story windows that are difficult to reach. When he'd finished the inside windows, he asked if I wanted him to continue, since it looked like it might rain soon. I had him continue. When he was done, he had me calculate the time he'd spent and multiply it by the rate he'd quoted. No invoice or paperwork. Pricing was very fair, and he took the time to check his work. The only downside, for me, was discovering (one hour into the job) that he is a smoker. While he only smoked outside (and continued working), I won't be hiring him again because my husband and I are non-smokers with three children. If you don't mind smoking, Daryl is a get-it-done guy for window cleaning.
Description of Work: Daryl cleaned all 19 windows and screens--inside and out--on my two-story home. He washed each screen with soap and water and cleaned the sliding doors as well. The whole process took 3.5 hours.
