They did not give me an estimate as they said they would. He fiddled with the faucets took him 15 minutes and charged me an outrages charge of $250.00 for 15 minutes of work

They charged me $285 for a 20 minutes work; This was a very basic clean of the vent in an one bedroom rental apartment. I think the fee was outrageous, but I went ahead with the job since I promised my tenant that the A/C will be fixed that day. I will never hire these guys again! I checked with other companies and their fees were much less;

Servicemen explained the needed repairs and how it would help prolong the life of my ac unit.

Had two other companies show up to complete work.

Plumber was an hour and a half late. He was polite and knowledgable. Project was to replace inflow valve spigots for washing machine, parts which I supplied. It took an hour and cost $250. I thought that expensive, especially with no compensation for the late arrival.

I spent $550 to move gas line across laundry room. Person worked 45 minutes with maybe $50 in parts. My regular person was out of town. When returned he said I was had. The original price was $600. Gave a discount when I questioned cost. Y'all should use some to ensure customers are not ripped off and don't use anyone on a commission.
