Cory was the technician and wanted 690.00 to put a 8.00 part in. Also told us it had burnt wires which was not correct.I would run from this company.

Overpriced. It took him exactly 17 minutes. His snake was broken so he had to make a trip to Home Depot before he finished but the actual time spent clearing the drain was 17 minutes. It cost $145 and he said this was a discounted price. He was prompt and did the job but I feel the price was too high.

The repair took only 2 hours from start to finish. He knew what the problem was within one minute. Excellent work!

Had a pin hole leak in a copper pipe in my crawl space. Jumped on Home Advisor and within minutes I had a call from Ace. I scheduled a free estimate visit for a couple hours later. To my surprise, the dispatcher called me back within about 5 minutes to say that a plumber is in the area and can come right over. He arrived about 30 minutes later and crawled under my house without hesitation, saw the problem, offered to fix it and had an estimate immediately. I didn't really shop around, but compared to a sight-unseen over the phone quote from another plumber, Ace was in the ballpark. The work started right then and he was done and out in about 2.5 hours! Well done, good job

The company sent technician Tony three times to our house to replace a hard to find part--a fan of the inducing motor of the furnace and got it done today, 6/15/16, getting a load of off my mind for a month.

He was real professional and respectful and new exactly what the problems were, they were 3 one on each or the bathrooms and one in the kitchen so far everything seems to be working perfectly since the work was done yesterday, kind off pricy for my budget but like they said, rely good tinghs comes with a tag, in one of them he was fixing another "professional" work. so fae really happy
