The technician's elbow punched a hole in bottom of the shelf underneath the sink. I didn't notice it until he had departed. Granted, the shelf was slightly mildew, but I would rather have painted the shelf instead of replacing it. His response was prompt which I accept as a part of overpricing. The repair took approximately 20 minutes. All replaced parts were removed by the technician. He was very curteous.
