Ace Contractors really help saved the day. I came home from work and noticed that there was water leaking everywhere through the walls in my apartment. A friend who had a very pleasant experience with Ace Contractor recommended that I give them a call and in less than an hour, a technician had arrived at my doorstep. The technician was very friendly and respectful. I let him into my home and he immediately began to work, identifying the root cause of the leak. Turns out the pipes in the apartment were very old and had cracks in them. After identifying the problem, he provided me with a written quote, detailing all of the cost for the repair. The estimate was extremely affordable and I thought this was too good to be true. I was in a tough situation and needed this fix immediately so I went ahead and approved the cost and Eric began working to fix the pipes. The pipes were fixed and later when I received the bill, surely enough the cost was exactly as Eric had stated. Overall my experience with Ace Contractor was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Affordable, friendly, works quickly, and they definitely know what they are doing.

Came out same day to address a couple plumbing issues discovered upon moving in.

Fast, he was able to start work the same day (literally within an hour of giving me an onsite quote). Raul was funny, professional and courteous. I remodeled my bathroom but couldn't completed the final plumbing touches. Raul replaced my old shower valve that was leaking, replaced my angle stops, overflow gasket, toe stopper and even found an upgraded shower knob that was modern and exactly what I wanted. I will be calling them back when I remodel a second bathroom.

The technician came on time. There was a disagreement about what's included in the cost estimate that was provided to me on the phone, but the technician made a phone call to his office and it was resolved. The technician did a good job.

Tschombe did a wonderful job for us. He tackled several clogs in the home we just bought and recommended a couple great options on other plumbing projects in the renovation. He was quick, thorough, and very helpful all around.

The work was done quickly and with great quality. Though a little expensive, it was worth it to have 3 to-dos taken off my list.

Had to reschedule original appointment day because technician got tied up on another job. During a change out of the thermostat, a couple wires accidentally touched, which shorted out a transformer in the heating unit. The technician went and picked up the part and replaced it at no charge to me. Work was completed and everything works great.

Ace Contractors is a total rip off in my opinion. The independent contractor who showed up and did the work was a good guy but when I got handed the bill(There was no estimate or pricing) I almost fell over. $2100 for cleaning out my Landscaping drains. A day and a half of labor. That averages out to $7500 a week. $30,000.00 a month and $360,000.00 a year to dig a ditch. I'm clearly in the wrong business!!
