They gave us an estimate over the phone, which we okayed. When they came, they had purchased the wrong parts for the repair and wanted to charge an additional $80.00 to $160.00. At that time we said no to the repair. We then went to for the parts ourselves and found them for no more than $12.00 a piece.

He was a 3rd cheaper than the other pro's.

Reasonable quote and technician was able to do the work I wanted right away. The tecnitian was professional and offered advice which I appreciated.

They were incredible, explained everyting to me and I am very pleased with their work.

Before they accepted the job they checked to see if parts were available. They called back and said they were. They arrived at the house within a few hours, with the needed part, a new cartridge for the flush mechanism, and replaced the old one. The whole job took less than one hour. The plumbers were clean, friendly and efficient. I thought the price was fair.

The problem was a leak under the house and Ace sent a plumber to fix it. I needed it fixed that day because the owner was leaving the hospital and needed it fixed.. The plumber came in just a couple hours the cost was more than reasonable and fast. The cost much less that expected. The work was not an issue. There was hot water to the bathrooms but (no water) hot water side at the kitchen faucet. I contacted the plumber and explained the issue and he became very defensive told me it was another issue not caused by him and stated the court would side with him and my word was nothing because he had 20 years experience... Suing was never on my mind now I am upset, I just want the problem fixed... I talked to the company about what happened. now they want $270.00 to come back out and I would have to pay if he proves its not his fault. How am I supposed to know what happend? Hot water before and during the leak now NO water on the hot side of the faucet in the kitchen. Ace will not be given another chance. The cost was good and job was fast. My mother (82 years old ) has her water. Ace Thank You, I do greatly appreciate the quick response, but **WTH was the plumbers problem?** and, Ace Plumbing, you did not help to tell him to charge me $ 270.00 to come out. I just wanted the problem fixed!

Quick response, accurate diagnosis, and upfront pricing. Repair was done quickly and my shower faucet works perfectly. Also noticed high water pressure entering the house and offered an affordable solution with no pressure tactics at all. Will use them to install pressure reducer in the near future.
