On time, professional, reasonably priced

Quick response time and good communication from the company on arrival time of the technician. The repair was completed quickly and effectively. The only issue I had was with the pricing- since the company didn't respond to tech's call and text for pricing after diagnosing the problem - he just quoted me what his last company charged. Did I overpay? Hard to say but they did solve my ac problem so I'm satisfied

Ray was very knowledgeable of his practice. He laid the new piping, directed me on what my part was in the project, and the inspection of his work by the city went smoothly. I did find one of our sprinkler lines broken and the electrical connection for the last sector of our sprinkler system cut due to the trench required for the project to lay the piping. I told Ray about it and immediately came out to handle both remaining issues. Overall I would recommend him to someone else and hire his services again. The price couldn't be beat for the work we needed done. Great Job!!!

Appears to be great work (repaired our leaking water heater valve). I requested the work estimate online and had a call from Ace within 5 min and they arrived to fix it within 45 min !! Great customer service. It was a bit pricy tho for 1 hr 30 min work (replaced 3 pipes for $575) but maybe that's what services cost in the beach areas (don't really know, we are new here). Seemed to be a good call - we are happy.

They were great workers. They went in and got the job done quickly and right. They spent the majority of the time in a hot attic and still worked very hard!

Ray Pulido was the plumber and he did a fantastic job. I was surprised that they had set prices for the work I wanted done, so I could have been told that over the phone but that was okay. They did call me to keep me informed about his arrival and Ray was quick doing the work and very friendly. I have recommended the service to others already.

Leo was great...arrived on time and explained course of action to complete repair. Although the project isn't complete yet we feel we made the right decision in choosing ACE.

Hired ACE to install two new toilets. They showed up on time and went right to work, both toilets were installed a little under 2 hours. After they left I noticed that one of the toilets was running intermittently. Called ACE and the installer was out the next day and found the problem , it was a manufactures error which he was able to fix in less that 15 minutes. I will contract with them again on another home project I plan to do.

Work was competent, technician was pleasant and knowledgeable, but the price of $ 250 for less than an hour's work (no parts supplied by tech) was excessive, to say the least.

My contractor was "Norm". I don't know his last name but he was great! I am a retired carpenter and have worked with all trades in my career starting in 1973. Norm was not just a plumber but he was a craftsman. If you can make an art form from plumbing Norm can do it. Not only was his work excellent, he was conscientious and professional. I will request him for any plumbing issues from here on out. Thank you so much for sending him.

Pro's , informed, courteous, quick and clean. Hard spot to install the water heater. Great job. I would recommend and use them again.
