Ace Contractors

They were helpful about another project that i had not called about.

The water heater continued with the same problem a few hours later. Came with only a 6 foot ladder. How does a co. who does solar panels only have a 6 foot ladder?

I purchased (and had installed) two new toilets, a garbage disposal, and a bath faucet, and had two stopped up lines cleared, all in three hours.

Did not improve the problem at all after charging a large sum

Leo was great. Got the job done in a short time.

Leo was very personable and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the quality of work we received. We had 4 new faucets installed. Leo also noted the lack of good water pressure and replaced a gauge for us which has been amazing. We have never had such great water pressure since we moved in here 18 years ago! Definitely will use Ace Contractors again when there is a need.

JD himself was 5 stars! They definitely had the best dollar value, and the best quality value. They went above and beyond. I'll be using him for more projects when needed.

The serviceman really did not bring any equipment. He used my shop vac to vacuum out the unit.

Dennis did a fair and competitive estimate and then the work he did was of excellent quality. I recommend ACE Contractors.

The technician was on time. He did a very good job. Very profeesional.

Plumber from Ace Contractor came to try to fix our toilet and found that he needed to replace the handle. Knowing that he took the current toilet handle, we assume that he would try to replace it with a comparable set. He left and came back with a replacement that we told him is not comparable. This is when he told us that we should do the job ourselves and left abruptly. We find out not long after he left that he left with our toilet handle which I requested Ace Contractor to send it back . Two days after, the handle was left by our mailbox broken into half. A broken handle is no use to us. I have contacted Ace Contractor and is still waiting for a response. We feel we should share this awful experience so it does not happen to anyone else. Should Ace Contractor do the right thing, I will let you know. Ace Contractors sent me $20 for all my troubles after 3 days of looking for other plumbers.

kevin , the heating and a/c tech. was awesome at his job! he was very knowledgeable, fast, honest, and friendly! i highly recommend ace contractors and give 5 stars to their employee kevin! i will always request to have kevin come and service my a/c and heating! he is a wonderful young man! can't say enough good things about him!
