Extremely expensive just to replace a toilet Fawcett. Furthermore he did not even have the Fawcett I ended supplying him with the replacement one and he still charged me $125.00. Incredible.

The low grade for customer service is because I left a message with receptionist to have my pro call me. My pro wasn't given the message. It could have caused a problem for a less knowledgeable customer. The pro did an outstanding job of routing and installing the line.
