I received a call immediately to set up an appointment. Received a call the morning of the appointment to let me know the plumber was on the way, plumber arrived on time, probably resolve the issue, credit card payment was easy and secure.

I hired ACE, the Plumber came out and gave me advice on what may be causing the odor. He also flushed out one line as well. I liked the service, but it did not take care of the odor it wasn't as bad as it was before and I was able to mitigate it using a sanitizing product that I found.

They were good and a prompt service

Be prepared for delays in their arrival time. The schedule time was 9 am and the plumber arrived around noon.

I had a sink leak which the technician quickly diagnosed and repaired.

They were real nice, came in and got it done quickly, left my house clean.

I requested a safety check on my furnace. Contractor was alarmed at one burner not operating correctly, recommended replacement because of possible crack in heat exchanger, even showed me pictures of the faulty burner. I called SDG&E for a second opinion, their Tech said the burner looked absolutely fine, unit is working fine and the heater should last for several more years. I feel Ace Contractors was trying to take advantage of an elderly woman and I'm really angry about that.
