Ace professionals we're friendly, quick, cleaned up area nicely. The set price for replacing a garbage disposal was high, considering it took only one hour, but they did a great job.

I called Ace to check a "noise" problem with a new heater that I had installed 7 months ago. He was there that day and didn't charge me for the visit. Really? How often does that happen. His opinion would mean that the dry wall would have to be opened to tie down the hot water tubing. I haven't decided what I'll do. I do know that I won't be calling the plumber who did the first work! At least I found out that the heater isn't ready to explode. The service was quick, friendly and professional. Thanks so much.

On the plus side they were able to come same day, cleared the clog and was very nice, On the negative side, the plumber showed up a half hour past the 2 hour window. Also,I thought the price was high for running a snake down a drain. Only took 20 minutes.

The person that came to install the hot water heater his name is John very professional he installed it as if he was installing it in his own home it was done right it was clean and look sharp to a homeowner that is very important

Shane came out and diagnosed the problem with my furnace, ordered the part that needed to be replaced, picked it up and installed it for me within just a few days. I really appreciated that he did not try to pressure me into buying a whole new unit as a previous repair person did. As a result, I will definitely keep him in mind when the time comes that I am ready to replace my unit.

I was a little worried at first when he did not get back to me with a bid as soon as he promised, so I had another Co. from Home Advisor come give us an estimate, they said we should replace our whole 12-year-old furnace (that hasn't been used for the last 3 or 4 yrs), at a WHOPPING cost WAAAY OVER our budget at $4000!!! THANK GOD Shane from ACE called me back with an estimate of $780.00 to fix the problem!!! He was ON TIME, He got the job finished in 2 hours as promised, and came in at a cost to repair that was on budget! He did a GREAT job, and our furnace is working GREAT AGAIN!!! 5-STAR SERVICE!!! AAAAAA++++++ We will definitely use Shane from ACE again!

The plumber pin pointed the problem with my toilets and faucets while the other plumbers didn’t. Ace was able to repair the problems without having me replace my toilets or faucet. Very honest and knowledgeable.

They come and they work, work and work. They work until everything is done and we are satisfied. They are courtesy. When they came into our house they put footies on. At the end of the day they clean up an vacuum.

He did a good job, and cleaned up when they were done.
