Ace Contractors gave us a free estimate on repairs, and returned to perform an excellent repair on the pipes that were previously not at all up to code. We will absolutely call them for our next plumbing repair project!

The plumber was good BUT PRICEY FOR THE JOB! Other than that it was good he did Lowe the price!

Because I am dealing with a dying roommate, the office manager/scheduler followed through with making sure the plumber understood the need for a quiet job. He sent Arturo who was beyond FABULOUS. Coming from me (who expects great service from any service provider performing work/assistance here) I'm not exaggerating when I say Armanda was beyond FABULOUS.

Definitely use again. Spent an hour cleaning the drains.

I thought the price was a bit high, I believe they might have hired it due to me being a woman, the work was quick, well done. The drywall work was priced higher than what I thought, but I recommend them in on work alone. They were quick in the area when my water heater broke and was leaking not gushing water. I lucked out with that. We went with a tankless water heater.

Professional, Courteous, and gave a complete breakdown upfront! They went beyond what I could have hoped for!

Nathan saw the repair through from start to finish.He brought in an electrician to make sure we had safely isolated the problem. He installed a pressure valve on my main and made sure I had what I needed to connect at the source. Thanks!

I’m a commercial contractor and have lots of subs but I’m always needing someone for my own home. I’ve seen home advisor on TV and thought I’d try it. The other day I noticed water on the ground near my water heater and panicked. I thought it was emergency, I contacted home adviser and within 2.5 hrs Ace (Norm) was at my house. Norm spent an hour there and couldn’t find anything, gave me suggestions and said to call him the next day if I see water again. I offered to pay for things that maybe weren’t wrong , I went to pay them for the service call and he said N.C.

It was not a quick, easy job, but the contractor spent most of the day working on it until it was fixed. And being a female, who was home alone, I did not feel uncomfortable at all. He was very polite and focused on his work. We will hire this company again.

Plumber was very knowledgeable and prompt. Job was very expensive and they did not clean up after themselves at all. The gentleman that our plumber recommended to repair flooring and drywall was not very good and wanted more money to fix something that he messed up. He also did not clean up or take out any trash that was generated during his job.

Quick to respond but expensive.
