Furnace wasn't working, they came out and found a loose wire. They fixed it for no charge but suggested that if it happens again it may require a more expensive repair.

The job was done the same day and was done OK, and arrived fast, plus they don't charge for the diagnostics as most do.

I was happy with the job they did and will use them again in the feature.

Juan Pelayo and Romeo Romero did an excellent job. They had to work in a tight space and were very careful working around the washer/dryer. Both were professional and incredibly clean. Definitely will use Ace Contractors in the future.

They did a great job, and did it immediately, even though it was during a heat wave and everyone was needing their service. However, the price was double what another contractor quoted, though he couldn't do it because he was already in the middle of another job. So I paid for the timeliness. In a heat wave, you can't take a week getting competitive bids; you have to agree to whatever is asked. You're over a barrel.

The tech came out and diagnosed excess water in the drain pan had caused the A/C to quit working. Sucked the water from the pan with a shop vac but did not attend to the problem of why water had backed up in the drain. Then recommended we replace the HVAC system with a new one at a cost of between &$8500 and $10,000!The current system is only 7 years old. Then charged me $325 for the service call having been here less than 30 minutes. I called another company out and they checked the drainage system and found it clogged and repaired the clog. They checked the HVAC system and said other than the clogged in the pipe, the system was working fine. Never again!
