The company was quite late from the time originally stated. He came in and went right to the cost. He said, "this job is $150.00, is that right? No, I said. The HomeAdviser man on phone or your company said it was from $65.00 to $150.00, but within that span it seemed like he went to the highest price. I figured, as he was an hour and 1/2 late and that should be counted in to adjusted cost. He finally said $125.00 OK? I said yes and then he started the work. My biggest complaint was that he left the back-splash and sink dirty and grease all over. He should have cleaned the area up and then it would have been finished right. I was always taught to go the extra mile and do a job right. The way HE WOULD HAVE WANTED ME TO DO HIS JOB. Well you get the picture. GRIMY-JOB!!

The plumbers sent to do the work were not knowledgeable enough. I had to redo the work and replace material at my expense and time. When I called the office and presented the problem, they said a supervisor would call. That didn't happen.

Don't hire this company. They offer free estimates, However, once they are there and you have a leaky faucet they hold you hostage. He was there for less than 20 minutes and charged us 175. Doctors get that!! He quoted us another 20-minute job 275. Plumbers I have called before charge 80 dollars an hour. This was a handyman job or husband, tighten a faucet.
