They give unreliable hours, even when we called them the day before to make sure they were coming out.

The plumber arrived less than an hour after I put in the request on a Friday afternoon. He assessed the situation, left for parts, & was done less than 2.5 hours after I put in the request.

The working team, led by Tony, very well understood my request to check up the furnace, which has not been serviced for a few years. He was reluctant to dismantle the equipment for detailed service. Good idea, since the furnace is very old ( installed in 1989). Overall, I am very much satisfied with whatever he did. Thanks to Ace for helping.

Was a little surprised by the cost since I didn’t receive an estimate before he arrived. Probably my fault for not asking in advance. He was able to fix the problem quickly, and he came within an hour of my first contact.

I had a home inspection that flagged a gas connector in my fireplace. ACE Contractors contacted me the same day to inspect the problem. They inspected and determined that there was nothing wrong with the connector and didn't charge me for the inspection. It is great to know that a company will give you an honest answer instead of just looking for a quick buck on an unnecessary repair. You can trust them.

Dennis Maroney from Ace arrived during the predetermined window of time. He was friendly and courteous. He determined the problem , gave me a quote and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. There was not an Ace Plumbers on either car. Gus got things going then turned it over to Dave. Had it done a a few hours. So far we have hot water. From call to completion, about 4 hours. Really quick.

I think I overpaid and because we had contacted 6 plumbers and this was the only one who responded I was kind of panicked. My fault for not getting more bids. We had to get the gas line fixed and get our tenants back in their place. As it was we ended up having to pay for three nights in a hotel for the tenants in addition to the gas line, a partial new lawn because instead of cutting big chunks of lawn that could have been replaced he just dug up the whole area. Our sprinkling system that was fine before he started the job and had broken pipes and sprinkler heads when the job was finished. However, when these items were pointed out he did respond quickly and fixed all the broken parts of the irrigation system. He was very nice but it was just one thing after another and ended up being really expensive. I would never call this company again and will make sure that I speak to someone who has actually used a particular plumber in the future and can speak to their pricing and quality of work.

I had to buy a new AC and Heater (30 yrs old). Good price.

"Instant" connected didn't work, but I left a message ans they called back the same day. Came for a look and estimate. Came back the next day and fixed it.
