Armando at ACE was a life-saver!! He helped me so much! He is so professional and courteous. He tackled every problem and helped save my home.

I was impressed with the supervisor who called me almost immediately and came to my house within an hour, gave me an estimate and made plans to get the work done. He said he would call me before "he" came out again that day. David, a very good worker, arrived at about 3:30 PM (no call preceded his arrival) with the wrong toilet bowl (not his fault but the supervisor's). He had to go back to Oceanside for another so he would not be back until the next day but he said he would have the supervisor call me. At 8:12 AM the next day, I called the supervisor because still, nobody had called me, to find out what was happening. At 9:20 AM David returned with the correct toilet and did a wonderful job in a short amount of time (probably one hour). I am happy with the work but not with the lack of communication.

Showed up on time. Armando was very honest and upfront. Didn't try to oversell unnecessary items. Very efficient and good price for the work needed. Thank you!

I can't say enough about the quality of work and value I received from Norman and his crew. He did a thorough review of my hot water heater leak, cost to replace, and explanation of all. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and cleaned up perfectly all while being friendly and professional. Thank you for providing this excellent service! Contractor works with others in the industry who service leak problems. Had to remove old water heater to access wet drywall. Code required what and how much had to be removed after locating the boundry of the damaged drywall. After demolation wet area had to dry out before repairs were made. Team worked together to match colors and drywall texture.

I put in a request through Home Advisor to have an old toilet replaced. I already had the new toilet and all parts needed so I just was looking for a quote for labor. Other contractors who responded wanted a fee to just show up to look at the job. The dispatcher at Ace Contractors gave me a quick rundown of what was going to happen and I had a great quote from a plumber within a few minutes. Armando was on time and did a great job. Highly recommend.

You tube trouble shooting your furnace and you will see how a professional determine the problem with a malfunctioning furnace.. the service rep that came out had no tools and determined my furnace needed to be replaced based on age of furnace, blown R1 circuit (whatever that means), and he also sited dust build up.. got the estimate for $2800 and I didn?t bother with this company again. My furnace now works and it cost me $170 in parts and $80 labor. BEWARE OF SERVICE REPS WHO ARE QUICK TO WANT TO REPLACE AND NOT TROUBLE SHOOT YOUR FURNACE! Also, parts on Amazon are plentiful and 1/3 of the cost compared to what you will pay for by going through companies that will try to tell you that parts and labor will cost more than REPLACING YOUR WHOLE FURNACE!.. the irony is that ?new? furnaces look just like 21 year old furnaces on the inside!.. they have not evolved much.
