Ace was able to deal with my plumbing issue almost immediately...even though it wasn t an emergency. The problem turned out to be a fairly simple fix, and I was relieved with a fairly small bill.

Very pleased with the contractors who install my electric water heater. It was a very difficult install. the building never had a water heater. These guys where very knowledgeable in what had to be done Norm Newsome and his son Riley where great. My new company that I will use again.

They were capable, but when they came out for the free estimate, the quote for the work was astronomical. They brought it down after some negotiation, but it was still double what the market would be. By then I was so invested in the time and effort to coordinate the work that I went ahead and did it. Seems fine, just way too pricey.

Confusing communication about the work to be performed... make sure you understand all costs and work to be done before they start!

Wow, this was a good choice. They were on time and completed the install in about 4 hours. I would recommend them again. I was very satisfied with their work and the time it took to install this new furnace.

The service response time was excellent. Getting a written quote before proceeding with no charge for the visit was unexpected. When additional requests were made separate from the original quote it was handled professionally and quickly. The cost of plumbing work always seems high so it was the only 4 star aspect of the work down and it was probably a fair price... it all just seems high.

They came looked and had a solution in one day.

Contacted them and they came for an estimate late. After their estimate visit, they never got back to me to provide estimate and never scheduled an appointment.

This company was wonderful from start to finish! They came out in a couple hours from when I called them. Very up front with the issues of my furnace and gave me options- no pressure selling. Even the gal I spoke with on the phone to work out scheduling and financing was fantastic-she really helped and went above and beyond to help me get this done with my financial situation. Price for the new furnace was a very good deal and the two guys that came were professional, fun and cleaned up after-work don't know they were even here. I will be using them again to install an AC unit because I had such a good experience! You can trust this company to be speedy in getting out to you and fixing the problem, honest and trustworthy-they aren't going to snow you over, great prices, stellar work and great communication during the entire process. I will be using them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs in the future!

I would never hire this company again. First, they showed up at least 4 hours late. I could live with that but it got worse. They accessed the job as probably much bigger than required to fix the initial problem. They tried to do the work for that assessment the next day but only made the original problem worse. They left letting all of us believe the job was complete. They way over charged for that. Then when they came back on the third day to fix the mistakes it became clear the basic problem was that there was way to many people (lead plumber, several apprentices - lower level laborers, etc.) involved from the beginning and the lead guy had to big of an ego to check the results of the second day and was unable to communicate effectively with the lower level employees. His response on the third day was that there was no need to reduce the charges because he had given me items I didn't need for free. Fortunately his supervisor was a bit more reasonable and the result was the problem solved at (maybe) a reasonable cost, but after extreme aggravation. The problem: probably just a leaky tub spout. The simple solution - replace the tub spout which probably could have been done on the first visit. ACE Contractors solution - install a new shower faucet kit, tub spout, valve and shower head for which they originally mentioned a figure over $800 to do and it took them 3 working days to do it. (Four days start to finish over a weekend). Replacing the value required shutting off the water to several adjoining units. What a mess!!!

I got a great estimate to replace two angle valves, but problems developed and I got stuck paying a lot more to get job finished. More than I wanted to pay.

This plumber was supposed to replace an old faucet and ended up breaking the sink basin. He made all kinds of excuses why the sink broke because I didn't do maintenance on my plumbing and that's why things didn't go as planned. He replaced shut off valves that did not need replacing. He sent a different plumber the second day to replace the sink. The second plumber could not get my parts to work or figure out what was wrong. After three trips he left with the job unfinished. I discovered that night that the shutoff valves he replaced unnecessarily were leaking. I had to shut the water off to the whole house and call another plumber to fix this. Do not hire this guy. He has no idea what he is doing and tries to sell you stuff you don't need.
