We had Johnny Pelayo come out and fix some plumbing problems that had been put off for too long. The repairs were of very high quality and even though additional repairs were needed the pipes were pulled out he stayed until it was finished. He also explained clearly what was wrong and what he was doing.

Excellent workmanship for cost a third less than the "big" plumbing company. Commenced work a day after estimate visit - no wait! Only fault was their call center, which can be slow.

Norm represented Ace and made the company shine. The plumbing job had a few parts to it and Norm proved to be the right professional for it all! With water damaging a downstairs ceiling from a mysterious water leak above, Norm was able to find and correctly diagnose the source of the damage. Came back once hired with all the parts and knowledge to be outstanding... And was! Mission accomplished with a focus on this customer and not the clock. I made the right choice and Ace did a great job!

Were not on time, 30mins late, did not have parts with him,had to go get parts and return the original pro who introduced himself to me did not do the job I guess it was his helper that did never introduce me to the helper. And it was way over priced for service rendered. Did not try to negotiate a deal it was what he quoted and that was It. I was in a bind. So I had him do the job, unfortunately.

5/10/2019, I recently hired Ace Plumbing, Norm, Plumber, to perform and repair plumbing in my home. Ace Plumbing, Norm came to my house on the same day I contacted Ace Plumbing. I had a list of plumbing jobs I wanted done. Norm looked at my plumbing list and then performed a thorough assessment of the plumbing. Norm was able to save us a lot of money by repairing and upgrading our plumbing during two visits. Norm also gave me some advice which saved us money. I did receive another bid from another plumbing company before I hired Ace Plumbing, Norm. The other plumbing companies bids were off the charts and unreasonable. Iâ m very satisfied with the repairs, upgrades and price I paid to Ace Plumbing. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing and donâ t for get to ask for â Norm.â
