Thanks for the assist, I used ACE Contractors for the replacement of the water heater; their bid ($1,429.00 total, new wtrhtr purchase, code upgrades, and installation) was reasonable and they did quick and complete work. The second bidder recommended to me, ARS Rescue Rooter; bid the same scope of work at $4,378.00. I obviously did not choose them for the work

Armando did a great job! He was very polite and kindly explained what he was doing as he worked. The removal and installation of the new water heater went quickly and smoothly. Everything was clean and replaced to its original location. The new unit works perfectly! Im very satisfied that I chose Ace to do my work and I will use them again when needed! My reason for giving a 4 star there was that I had no idea what water heaters cost. However, after checking other services, it was very reasonable. Thank you to Ace for your service.
