Very professional and very nice technician. Very expensive. Worked out to be about $200 per hour. Never hire by the job. Always get an hourly labor rate.

ACE was very responsive to a hot water heater leak. As a result we had water and a new hot water heater installed in less than 24 hours. Would use ACE for future plumbing needs.

Plumber was very communicative, listening, explaining and guided us thru this process, plus he coordinated his install with our restoration crew on site very well.

The company has no address on their card & would not send out another plumber when the first one s work did not restore the flush.

Service was quick. Handyman was honest about what needed to be done and how much it would cost to fix the issue. Issue was fixed in a timely manner and have had no issues.

Ace response to our inquiry was immediate versus several others who responded days and one a week later. The plumber who did the work was excellent.

Through Home Advisor, I requested a plumbing expert to replace the master bathroom toilet and, hopefully, bring the water pressure up throughout the house. Within a few minutes, I received a call from a rep at "Ace Contractors" who set up a visit from "John". John arrived within the hour, I explained that there was an ongoing problem with this toilet and that I already knew it needed replacing. John did just that with no sales pitch, etc.. He picked up the new toilet, brought it to my house and installed it without a hitch. From the time I hit "send" to Home Advisor at the beginning, to watching John back out of my driveway, the whole process to about 3 hours. This was a breath of fresh air having dealt with another plumbing contractor who gladly took 3K over 5 service calls to clear a clog in the mainline. They promised to install a new toilet and not charge for labor, considering how much I had already spent, but they were just words. I called for that at least 4 times and was promptly blown off with empty promises, no integrity. I recommend Ace Contractors.
