Ace replaced a faucet quick, easy, and they were gone in no time. Their fees were reasonable and they were both a couple of nice guys. Thank you Ace.

Fixed my air cond. The switch broke inside the unit. At the same time my Nest broke. He changes the switch in the AC unit. Replaced the fuse box (that was loose). and then explained that my nest was malfunctioning but was just the base. He put that on his repair notes. I sent that to nest. Got a warranty base replacement. Then air works again.

Great service. I think the "tip" was already calculated in the price.

if you have an A/C heater unit older then 20 to 25 years, do not hire one of the top-rated pros. They will not fix your unit. All they will want to do is sell you a new a/c and or heater.

They changed the appointment time at the last minute which did cause some inconvenience. they did a great job once they showed up however.

Gus was always reachable or he promptly returned my calls and made a point to keep me updated on everything. The guys did a great job repiping the house, replacing the water heater and cleaning up after themselves. My only complaint is they forgot to turn on a few water valves (to the dishwasher and the hot water heater, for example) and had to come back the next day to get them squared away. Wouldn't have been an issue if either my husband or I had a clue about this stuff, but that's why we hired the pros, right? Highly recommend Gus and his honest and hardworking crew!

VERY high priced. Quoted 3 days on a job and took 3 weeks. Also, they added an extra $2500 towards the end of the job which I was never aware that this was coming. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! They also originally sent a worker who never showed up on a couple of occasions leaving me without water for a weekend. Ended up having to stay in a hotel for a night due to this. Awful.

Competent and provided a fair price for the work without trying to upsell unlike the first company I called to provide an estimate for repairs.
