They got the inspection - passed - and permit taken care of with the City, which is the main reason for going with professionals. Now we are up to code and have a working water heater. Very friendly and kept us informed as to all the little things that were needed in addition to the water heater and expansion tank. It's so much more complicated now. No one got snotty like a couple of the bigger outfits when pushed for a phone ballpark estimate. Price ended up a little less than the bigger outfits ballpark but not a whole lot less but folks were pleasant.

Very prompt they showed up 30 minutes later my unit was working they left. I do believe they might be a little high on the price per hour but my unit is working so Iâ m happy.

Our technician, Anthony, was great. He kept us updated at each step of the repair. What looked like a simple flush and maintenance of our system turned into a much more complicated project with a clog, mold, replaced pan, and burnt and replaced circuit board. The cost added up pretty quickly but I trust that the service was of good value.
