We had a clogged kitchen drain. Within minutes Ace Contractors were calling me. . The office stayed in contact until they arrived. They arrived within the hour, gave an estimate and started on the job. Norman was very pleasant as was his apprentice son. I was very impressed. Great job!

They are interested in finding stuff wrong with house than working on project I hired them for and took pictures all over house to show me what they want to work on but I was not pleased with work done. Now I will need to call another plumber to finish project.

Ace only wants money. $300 for a Water Heater DRAIN valve replacement! !

We were wasting such a lot of water with our constantly running toilet that I had to turn it off at the wall. I called Ace and soon after Robert called and said he could come over the same day. He kept in touch and when he arrived, he very quickly figured it out. He fixed the problem in no time, gave advice on a potential future problem. Very friendly, professional. Reasonably priced. Thank you.

A professional job and good customer service.

The work: Snake out 2 drains, remove old and install new toiled. The plumber called, apparently unaware of what the work order included. He showed up on time and informed me of the estimated charges, which I approved. He was unable to complete snaking one of the drains because of apparent obstructions. Removing the old toilet, the plumber snapped off the water fill valve and had to replace it. This resulted in an upcharge of $165, which Ace would not take back. The front office got the invoice wrong - adding an additional $50 to the charge which was not supported by the numbers on the invoice. After calling attention to the mistake, Ace revised it. The plumber finished the work acceptably. I have no issues with the plumber, he did a good job. But the front office could use someone therein who can add.

Reasonable price at quality service.

They did a good job and were very carefully about covering the carpet with plastic. Very thing was cleaned when they finished.
