I had an appointment to have my disposal replaced between 4-6, set days in advance. They tried to cancel the job and showed up 45 mins late without a call or disposal. He left and said he would be back. No word for hours then I called and he asked if I still wanted the repair. He returned at 11 pm to complete the job by midnight. They did end up returning my payment to make up for the inconvenience.

This company tried to fix my water heater twice when they should have just replaced it. They charged me $600+ and did not fix anything. Then they would not return my phone calls or text. I ended up replacing the water heater with a different vendor for an additional $700.
