Description of Work: Cleaned three rooms of carpet. Did a good job of removing the dirt and soiled areas from the carpet. Crew came and we're very professional. Did take much longer to dry then I was told it would take.

+ -1 moreI asked Rob to have his team do the traffic areas in my smallish home - 4 small bedrooms. I cleared away smaller items before they arrived, They also cleaned to upholstered rocker - recliners. They did a great job. I was a bit skeptical about the circular scrubber at first, but my carpets haven't looked cleaner, even than the last time I had them cleaned by the spray and suction method. The only thing I wish they'd done was put plastic under chairs and tables touching the damp carpet. I call Rob and he said they appreciated the input for next time.

+ -1 moreThey arrived very punctual and start unloading their equipment. After they saw the job to do they start immediately and give me an estimate of one our to finish. , After 50 minutes they gave a call letting me know that they were about to finish. I went to the house and the work where done. their equipment out of the house. We walk around and found the work satisfactory for a 3 year old carpet in a house with two kids and one big dog. After the carpet dry I notice one area where you could see some stain from some soda spill, but nothing to bad. barely noticeable. In general very good and pleasant experience. Thanks Ace Carpet cleaning.
