I just had a new awning installed yesterday and love it!! Jason, the sales representative, was amazing and the installers were great. The installers did an amazing job and I am very pleased. I looked at over 5 other awning companies and they are the best in terms of pricing and installation. Highly recommend

Excellent product and service

Company salesman/estimator arrived as scheduled and provided what we considered a fair estimate (including 25% Angie's List discount). Installation Team arrived as scheduled and carefully removed the old awning and frame. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to sandblast and paint the old steel frame, and manufacture the new awning fabric. We were contacted shortly after 4+ weeks and the repainted frame and awning were installed exactly 5 weeks after their removal. Again the professionalism of the installation Team was noteworthy, they were prompt, and the refinished metal frame and new awning were installed quickly, with great attention to detail. We are extremely pleased with the freshly painted frame and new awning fabric. The paint job and the new Sunbrella fabric look fantastic!

Everything was smooth. Since this was custom it took some time to manufacture the awning (~6 weeks), but it was worth the wait. Installation was good and they did not leave a mess. We did have to remind the crew how we wanted it mounted on the house. Given that they are local and the awnings are manufactured in LA, it was easy to coordinate.

Everything went well from the first contact via the internet, to the follow up call, to having a scheduled sales representative come to my house to measure for the awning and to bring fabric samples. It was a pleasure dealing with them and they installed the awning in a professional and timely matter. The crew knows what to do. I am thrilled with the quality and look of the awning. I would definitely use them again.

It's beautiful and enhances the value of the house. It is absolutely gorgeous and it's everything we thought it would be. They were really patient. Originally we were going to order a mechanical awning, but we opted not to. We did a manual crank and it's beautiful. They were so good when we called them - we dealt with the same rep, and they gave us a 25% discount. The packaging was sent by FedEx Freight, and the packaging was amazing. It was a double-walled Masonite crate. The packaging was nicely done, and it arrived in tact. They were very, very good and the pricing was reasonable. I would give them the highest rating possible.

The employee sent to our house to measure was very professional and knowledgeabe. He was a great help in color selection. This company has so many choices for colors and patterns that his input was quite valuable. The making of the awnings was accomplished very close to the predicted time and installation was performed quickly and beautifullly. We really love the difference these awnings have made to the looks of our home.

It went well, Promptly after I called, Randy Lee came to the house to take measurements to replace the broken awning. Several weeks later, Ramiro & Salvador brought the new awning, which they installed. They were very knowledgeable and professional, as was everyone I talked to. The awning retracts easily and works really well shading our patio. These sorts of awnings are somewhat pricey, but I think they are worth it.
