ABOVE ALL AWNING CLEANING

Mr. Chan was great to deal with. The work was done from start to finish in the same time frame that was presented to us. After all the work was completed it looked better than it did before the problem was created.

Called and left message. Call was returned (next day?) and I explained situation and what was needed. An appointment was made for someone to come look at the awning. I called back and indicated that I MIGHT be late and was told "not a problem" the estimater could walk around the side of house and take a look. I was to get a call back with the assessment. The day of the appointment, I wasn't late and was home the entire time when the appointment was to take place. No one showed up. I called back and left yet another message. Next day, there still wasn't a response and I called again...hoping to get an estimate. Eventually someone did call (like the next week) and they left 2 messages apologizing for their partner and wanting me to return call to make an appointment. Sorry, but I feel like I wasted my money with Angie's service in regards to this particular vendor. People like this can be located in the yellow pages or in Yelp. I had to call the vendor multiple times to rquest an estimate for something that was outside my house and easy to see. Complete waste of my time (and the money I paid to Angie's list). When a vendor can't bother to provide an estimate without multiple calls - what will they do when you sign a contract?

Other repairs for the awnings were free. The owner's name is Jeffrey Fox. They are really good. It was the best job I ever had done on cleaning the awnings as far as good job and price. They are a bargain. I was using them for the third time. I would go back to them because they are the best.
